Come learn new skills while supporting Would Works' mission and vision. Would Works is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that provides paid job training in woodworking to folks with barriers to employment and housing instability.
In the spirit of The Whole Earth Catalog, Would Works Community Courses (WWCC) are intended to promote self-sufficiency, alternative methods of learning, knowledge sharing, and provide "access to tools".
WWCC classes range from learning specific woodworking techniques; to home improvement skills; to collaboration classes with other organizations and creatives in our community; and "let's just have fun with wood" classes.
