Shipping and Returns

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship USPS priority mail from our LA workshop within a week of your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at the moment. If you are interested in buying from overseas, please contact us.

How do I see my order information?

You will receive a friendly email confirmation after you place your order. If you don't receive an email from us, please contact us and we'll fix it!

How can I track my order?

Your order ships within 7 days. Once shipped you’ll receive a USPS tracking number. You can track its progress here as it makes it’s way to your door!

Can I exchange or return my item?

Please contact us for exchange and return inquiries. Be sure to include your order number in the request. You have 30 days from receiving your item to resolve any return/exchange issues.

How do I care for my board?

Your Would Works cutting board is hand finished with food-safe mineral oil. We recommend reapplying oil every month or whenever the board appears dull or dry. Clean after use with a mild detergent or just water and wipe dry immediately. Do not leave wet, soak, or put it through the dishwasher.
