Help our Trainees forge long term career paths. Invest in the future of young adults!

Provide a lifetime gift!

With the recent development of a strategic plan for 2025, Would Works is inviting you to join us in raising capacity building funds that will:

  • help our trainees gain hands-on skills in woodworking through a paid 4 month pre-apprenticeship program
  • increase the number of participants we serve annually
  • acquire recent job experience and professional references
  • build a healing community through creative teamwork
  • expand our whole person care model, in collaboration with My Friend's Place, to include financial literacy courses, more robust career development services, and on-site wellness counseling, in addition to the hot daily meals provided on all work days

Sustaining pathways towards autonomy starts with a prepared individual. Your support enables WW to focus on growing our mission and programs to elevate and supplement a program participant's readiness to learn a trade, make personal and professional connections and break away from the cycle of system-dependency. Together we can prevent and/or divert young adults from becoming chronically unhoused by building more equitable workforce models!

We are a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Employer Identification Number is 81-1484179.

If you'd like to make a tax deductible in-kind donation instead, check out our workshop wishlist.

Thank you for your support and partnership. Let's get dusty and build an equitable future together!
